Admission fee for Grand Social Party, April 13th (sat) shall be charged to Japanese participants only: JPY5,000. Overseas participants are welcomed free of charge.

To submit an abstract, you are required to register first.

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a semiautomatic receipt of your registration immediately upon receiving your registration form online. An official recognition of your registration will be informed later when the formal processes (including card credibility check) were completed (usually within 2-3 weeks). If you register and do not receive a confirmation 2 weeks later, please contact with ISNS2013 Secretariat <isns2013@k-con.co.jp>. Or you can bring a copy of your registration form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.
Liabilities
All participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
Method of Payment
All fees must be paid at the time of registration. Payment can be made by the following methods.
By bank transfer
Bank information is available in the Online Registration Form.
Please attach a copy of the bank transfer confirmation to your registration confirmation and fax back to the Secretariat office (+81-3-5367-2187) to complete your registration. Applicants should pay all bank charges for remittance.
By credit card (VISA, Master, Amex, or JCB Card only)
Please fill in the Credit Card information in the Online Registration Form on the website, and submit to the Secretariat office to complete your registration.
On-site Registration
Payment must be made in cash (Japanese Yen or US Dollar).
Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat.
75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to January 31, 2013. Refunds requested after this date will not be possible.
All approved refunds will only be made after the Congress.
